Marisa Amer

Marisa Amer’s practice includes construction/commercial litigation, transactional law, and business law.

Marisa received her J.D. from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law (2020), where she received a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. She previously earned her Bachelor of Arts from Allegheny College, where she majored in History and minored in Geology.

Prior to joining Robinson Law, P.A., Marisa worked in a regional construction litigation firm in Pennsylvania. Once she relocated to Miami, Marisa worked in the real estate and commercial lending group for a national law firm. She now applies her legal experience to counseling and representing general contractors, subcontractors, landlords, tenants, and homeowners in matters involving construction defects and real estate disputes. She also represents businesses in matters involving formation, ongoing operations, and winding down/dissolution.

Marisa is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in Florida State Courts. She is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar Association.
